We got a lot of bang for our buck, and the staff were genuinely friendly— they even helped us pull together a last‑minute glacier tour, which we really appreciated.

The room was set up nicely for the chill, with a very comfortable bed and staff who were attentive and helpful. The upstairs dining area was bright, and they offered complimentary coffee and tea plus a shared fridge for snacks. Location was convenient, and the place felt quiet and relaxed.

The spot is handy and the place was spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen and quick replies on WhatsApp. Unfortunately the heating was weak – both the lobby and our room stayed chilly, so we asked for extra blankets and a boost from the heater. The bunk bed also squeaked a lot, and we ended up pulling the top mattress down to the floor.
