The Mercure Budapest Castle Hill is situated near Deli southern railway and subway station, four stops from the city centre. Air-conditioned rooms feature satellite TV. The hotel is within walking distance to the Castle District and Chain Bridge. Two on-site restaurants, a bar, and souvenir shop are available. A large car and coach park offers easy motorway access via M1/M7.

Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
It’s near public transport, the Metro, and the Southern Station. There are many elevators, so getting up and down the higher floors is quick even during peak times, which was a problem in other hotels. I like that check‑in is at 12 pm, not 10 pm as usual.

The staff were very friendly, the place is big, clean, and comfortable. The musician playing was nice. The dining area, however, was extremely noisy and felt like a collective space with guests from Mercure and Arcotel mixed in, plus loud sports groups moving around constantly. In the mornings, more than 40 to 60 people crowded the breakfast area, which was too much.

Frühstück gut, ausreichend. 1) Personal demotiviert, traurige Gesichter, keine Motivation, dementsprechend die Leistung. 2)Es fehlten Teller, Besteck, wenn man fragte dann widerwillig bekam ich Besteck, nach Serviette musste man wieder fragen. 3) Getränkegerät hat nur Wasser. Ich wollte Orangensaft und kam Wasser heraus. 4) Die Tische wurden nicht bald genug gereinigt, so dass man zu ungereinigten Tisch sich setzen musste. Ich habe "Kellner" gesucht, fand ich keinen zum Tischreinigen
