The resort looks spotless and is kept in great condition. It’s huge and offers every facility imaginable, from pools to a private beach and a waterpark, and it’s nice that there are Kosher dining options. Anything not included ends up being very pricey.

The hotel room was very nice, clean, and the large resort with its beautiful pools impressed us, and the food was good though very pricey. The beach was overly crowded, with sun‑beds placed side by side, offering little privacy; they looked worn and could have been upgraded to larger, cushier models instead of being crammed in five rows. While I’ve traveled a lot, I’ve never seen reception staff as sour‑faced as here – none smiled, all seemed upset, and the housekeeping crew never greeted anyone in the hallway. At the restaurants, we felt like a bother when being seated, as the staff seemed bored and forced us to a table, which gave a strong negative impression of their friendliness and hospitality.

The water was beautiful and the casino was great. The restaurants and shops were very expensive; an all‑inclusive option would be preferable.
