The front desk lady was genuinely friendly, but that was the only bright spot in an otherwise dreadful stay. The room was infested with black mold everywhere, with blood and yellow stains covering the sheets; we had already had to switch rooms because the previous hotel was an availability disaster, and we would have avoided this place entirely if not for that. My stepson slept on the pull‑out sleeper and was plagued by ants all night. The TV and phone were non‑functional, and we were grateful to be in the hotel only for a brief event.

There was nothing to like at all a complete shit show I would never recommend anyone stay here. I did like anything blankets had stains first too. we went to had a broken toilet the second room we were given the hinge on the door was also broken I had to fix it for them. the breakfast really sucked ice cold eggs 2 of the 5 days we where there. our cards kept messing up and having to be reset. we had no room service at all not one time while we where there. the place is really becoming ran down I feel no way in heck the place was worth the $675 I paid for my room. this was and is now a one star ⭐ hotel they don't care at all make promises of getting you some money back never happened please never stay at this place I could keep ranting

I never ate breakfast because of the hotel’s condition, but the location was great. The photos online do not reflect the actual disrepair; it feels like a ghetto Comfort Inn and Suites, and the staff are dishonest.

N/A. There is a list. Stains all over the sheets and blankets, beds sunk in, carpets dirty, bathrooms not clean. It was like hadn’t cleaned in forever. Also tried the pool till we realized they had at least 50 centipedes in the bottom and sides
