Reunion Lodges at Thousand Hills

The location was good and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was not available as booked, the ice maker didn’t work and only one bucket was provided per day. A bad stain on the main floor could not be removed. On the last night the AC on the top level ran at 77 degrees all night. The TVs did not connect to any cable. The couches had stains on the armrests and seats. The main issue was the misleading advertisement of the hot tub. Paying 1298 for two nights was very overpriced. We called the office twice and were told a manager would get back to us; we are still waiting.

“Wonderful and perfect for our needs”

We loved the location of this place - right in the heart of things. The property was huge, perfect for our big group, with loads of space to relax and unwind. The cleanliness was top-notch, too. The only thing that threw us off was the lack of a hot tub, which we'd been expecting based on the pics. Turns out, those were from other units, not this one. And, to be honest, the address wasn't super clear, so we had to do a few laps around the block before spotting the tiny sign on a rock.
