I booked this hotel to catch a concert, and it was close to both the venue and the airport, with plenty of bus stops nearby. The nearby 官也街 made dining and shopping easy, and the hotel offered luggage storage so I could plan my day without worry. I had originally wanted a twin room, but only a smoking room was left, so I switched to a king‑size room. Aside from that, everything else was perfect, making for a very satisfying stay.

Men was/is tot op heden nog steeds niet bereid om een factuur af te leveren voor ons verblijf; men blijft beweren dat Booking deze factuur moet afleveren ook al ontkent Booking dit formeel. Verder sprak maar een beperkt deel van het personeel Engels. In de ontbijtruimte werden we ontvangen met Google-translate. Voor het ontbijt zelf hebben we finaal bedankt na het te hebben gezien. We moesten het vervolgens zelf gaan annuleren aan het onthaal

The hotel is close to a bus stop and near Old Taipa. The room looks recently renovated and is fully digital/electronic. Check‑in was a real hassle because I didn’t write my name fully in the booking, even though I showed my ID, a printable confirmation from Booking, and opened the app for the staff to verify. The room was paid for and I had a paper with my first and last name and booking number—this shouldn’t have been so difficult.
