After many years at this hotel, it has seriously deteriorated. The breakfast no longer resembles what it used to be; the waiters are awful, they don’t clean the tables, we have to do it ourselves, and they’re unpleasant to deal with. The waitress who used to be excellent is now terrible. The quality and variety of breakfast have dropped dramatically. We always chose this hotel, but from now on we’ll look for a better option.

The room is convenient, but the bed was quite uncomfortable and the room was very noisy with trucks loading starting at 6 am, making it impossible to sleep. I thought the window was open, but it wasn’t; the insulation is terrible.
