The location was decent, but there were no restaurants or eateries nearby. The surrounding amenities were very limited.

The location was convenient. The kitchen was dirty, the ceiling had mold, the curtain rod was broken, tap water pressure was weak, soap was gone, and there was dust on the table—felt like the place hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest. There was no elevator. Booking for four people didn’t provide a bottle of water, and the water fee had no signage.

Tôi đã book phòng ngày 6-7 tháng 4. Đã được xác nhận. Tuy nhiên khi xuống đến nơi thì được báo là không có phòng. Bên khách sạn đổ thừa này kia và có gợi ý xuống phòng tầng trệt. Phòng rất tệ và không thể ở được. Trong khi đó lỗi hoàn toàn thuộc về khách sạn mà tôi ko nhận được một câu giải thích hay lời xin lỗi nào. Thái độ nhân viên rất tệ. Mọi người nên né xa

Khách sạn thuộc khu phân lô của Vinhome nên đường xá tiện lợi. Phòng mình ở vòi sen bi hỏng, không tắm bằng vòi sen được mà khách sạn không sửa. Khá sạn để 1 cái thùng nhựa và gáo nước để múc tắm, rất bất tiện. Bồn cầu nút giật nước bị gẫy, ko giật nước được, phải dội nước mỗi lần đi vệ sinh. Quá bất tiện. Nước uống hàng không cung cấp
