The spot was great, but they told us we’d be told when the room was ready and that keys would be brought over while we sat in the lobby, which never happened, so the check‑in was delayed. We were charged for parking we didn’t use, and for the whole stay there was no TV or internet because of a network outage, even though the issue was fixed in the South Bank area.

The place is wonderful next to Southbank, and the staff were very professional and courteous. The bar on Level P was advertised but never opened while we were there.
