“DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND PLEASE STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!”

At breakfast we asked the waiter what was included, and he said we could order whatever we wanted. We placed our order based on that, but were not told that some items would cost extra. Only at checkout were we surprised by an additional 46.00 BAM charge for orange juice, water, coffee, and other breakfast items, even though we had specifically asked what was included before ordering and were told we could choose whatever we wanted. If certain drinks or breakfast items are not included, guests should be clearly informed before they order, not after they have finished their meal. This lack of transparency left us feeling misled. The second major issue was the balcony. We specifically paid for a room with a balcony, but it was covered with bird droppings to the extent that it was impossible to even step outside. A room with a balcony usually costs more than a room without one, yet we could not use it at all during our stay. We also found the customer service very disappointing. Instead of addressing the incorrect breakfast charge, we were offered €10 in Travel Credits, which we declined because we were not asking for a goodwill gesture—we were requesting a refund of money that, in our opinion, should never have been charged in the first place. We asked for the case to be escalated to a supervisor, but despite sending a follow‑up reminder, we have still not received any response. Future guests should be aware of the following: Ask exactly which breakfast items and drinks are included and request confirmation before ordering anything. Be aware that drinks such as orange juice, water, and coffee may be charged separately unless you receive explicit confirmation that they are included. Check the condition of your balcony immediately upon arrival if you have booked one. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel.
