We stayed at the San Severino Hotel and were truly thrilled. It felt like a surprise, and in many ways we were treated like we were in a five‑star luxury hotel. From the moment we arrived we met a very kind, polite, helpful, and professional staff. A special shout‑out to the lady at reception—she was lovely, always ready, and it was a pleasure just chatting with her. The restaurant was great: the food was delicious, fresh, and the waiters were skilled and attentive. Because I was pregnant, I appreciated the extra care they gave me: when a dish contained raw ingredients, it was specially prepared for me in a cooked version, without making me feel “different” from the others. That kind of attention really makes a difference. The rooms were large, spacious, and well equipped, even with a fridge. The whole hotel was spotless, tidy, and fragrant—from the rooms to the common areas and the pool, which we found impeccable. Even the small details impressed us, like the quality of the bathroom products and soaps. You can feel that quality is a priority in every aspect. The location is also strategic, especially for those of us who need a convenient stop during a long car trip; this hotel was a discovery for my family and me. We booked through Booking, but we were welcomed and treated with great care from start to finish. We felt truly valued as guests. Highly recommended for the property, the staff, the quality of the restaurant, and the services. The breakfast buffet was abundant and international. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return! ❤️

Compared to my previous stay, the room was very nice, spacious, and clean. The soundproofing was lacking, even with the earplugs provided.

The hotel is spacious and clean, perfect for business trips and equipped with all the services and comforts. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is generous and varied, and we also ate at the restaurant, which was excellent. The only drawback: a refrigerated truck was constantly running under the window, and the bathroom lacked the toiletry set with cotton swabs, tissues, and other items that are common in hotels of this level.
