The location is excellent, the owner’s service is great, the bed is very comfortable, it’s next to the central station, and markets are nearby. The staircase is narrow and could trouble older guests or those with mobility issues; there was no mini‑fridge in the room, though a fridge was available in the shared kitchen.

Very well situated, with a staircase worth seeing. The room is small but comfortable. The first‑floor café welcome is a plus, and the arrival information was clear. Nothing to complain about.
