The location is excellent, and the staff are delightful.

The staff were very helpful, but I couldn't enjoy the breakfast as much as I wanted because I was in a hurry for my flight. The hotel sits right next to the Pisa Tower, and a pleasant walking street with restaurants is also nearby. A bus stop is beside the building, making it easy to reach the central train station. I slept poorly that night because of various noises coming from outside and some devices. My room number was 33.

The place was spotless, and we loved the two‑bedroom setup with two full bathrooms; the towels were very soft and high quality, the beds comfortable, and the location great. The only downside was the absence of a microwave.
