Stayed here and it was a solid choice – the spot’s right in the middle of things, the room was tidy and everything worked, plus the kitchen was a nice bonus. The owners were warm and welcoming, and the grocery and bakery are just a short walk away.

We liked the quirky vibe – a bed in the kitchen, an old US school bus in the garden – but it felt more fun than run-down. The owner was friendly, the space was plenty and clean, and we could see the supermarket from the hammocks. A taxi to the bus terminal is just five minutes, or you can walk 20 minutes to the great restaurant Hambre. It’s a bit local and a touch dated, but it’s safe, spacious, and had everything we needed.
