I was really disappointed with the housekeeping service at this hotel. I left my room key for cleaning five hours prior, but unfortunately, no one showed up to clean my room, including the dining area. When I retrieved my key after the specified time, I found that nothing had been done to clean the room. It was a frustrating experience.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a letdown from start to finish. The food, rooms, and facilities all fell short of my expectations. To be honest, there wasn't much to like about this hotel, and I was left feeling underwhelmed.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some highlights and some areas that needed improvement. The food was exceptional, and the staff were courteous and friendly. However, I was disappointed with the state of the hotel's maintenance, as the view from my room was subpar, and I experienced some issues with the room's locking mechanism and the geysers. Thankfully, the maintenance team was prompt in addressing these issues.
