There was no air conditioning in the room, even though the hotel is listed as having it. The fan made so much noise that we left to walk around; later we had to turn it off to sleep, but the heat kept us from doing so.

The location is great, but the hotel is seriously understaffed. At breakfast, milk and fruit ran out and nobody was there to restock. They claim rooms are cleaned every three days, yet I stayed four days and my room was never touched. The breakfast is very basic, and for the money I’m paying I didn’t receive the service I deserved.

The spot is great and the view from the breakfast room is stunning, yet the breakfast itself left me wanting more—there was little fruit and no option to toast bread. The room’s bathroom lacked a shower, instead offering a bathtub with a plastic curtain that felt unhygienic, and the tub itself posed a real slip‑hazard.
