The hostess on Saturday night. The place looks dirty and gloomy, and the room smelled like old feet; we weren’t given the included breakfast because we checked in at 9:45 and the cut‑off was 9:30.

The location is very close to a BBVA and the train access. No further comments.

We didn’t use the Almurzo service, but everything else was very good. All was fine.

Good location. The pillows were very plastic, and the towels looked heavily used.

Walls were dirty, with mold and dampness; there were animals in the bed, the minisplit didn’t cool properly, the bathroom had no hot water, and the bathroom itself was very old and moldy.
