Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
Breakfast was plentiful, very good with pancakes, mostly sweet; sausage or ham was also available, coffee was excellent. Dinner a la carte was very well cooked by Manuel. Small touches from the humorous host were appreciated. Unfortunately there were flies during the high season, only improving late in the evening, possibly seasonal.

When we entered the parking lot we wanted to leave, but luckily we didn't! Manuel and Svetlana were incredibly kind, doing everything to make us feel at home and accommodate us as best as possible. Manuel, who is also an exceptional chef, even cooked meals after 9 pm when we were alone. The breakfast was wonderful with fresh crepes I’d never seen in Italy; thanks from the bottom of my heart, Svetlana! The only thing that could be improved is the freshness of the bread offered. The mattresses weren’t very comfortable, and the price was a bit high; a few days earlier we stayed at a stunning 4‑star hotel on Lago di Molveno for the same price… but once you step into the Chiocciola you forget that detail.

The views were gorgeous, the hosts were charming, they helped with our luggage and even made us dinner even though we arrived late. The breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious. Parking was close.

The food was excellent, prepared by the owner who is an outstanding chef. We were a bit put off by the building’s appearance, but inside we found a well‑appointed hotel, a bar, and a dining room.
