The restaurant was closed after 18:00 on weekdays, and at 9 am all the dishes that were supposed to be hot were cold.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Even though my booking was confirmed, I had to pay again at check‑in because the system supposedly had no payment confirmation, which was a bit confusing at first. The real issue was the owner, who was loudly watching TV in the lobby and yelling at the staff from a chair, telling them what to say to us. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, but his behavior was extremely unprofessional and aggressive. We were offered to use the wellness area even though it was already past 22:00. On site, only the emergency lights were on, making it hard to navigate. When I politely asked if the sauna was still open, I received no factual answer, but was called “crazy” and “asshole” by the owner, as if I’d want to use the sauna so late. If he had simply explained that the sauna was closed or unavailable at that hour, I would have understood. Instead, a normal question was met with a personal insult. Regarding the room: the bed was fine and we felt it was clean and tidy, so we slept well. However, the carpet by the window was soaked from heavy rain and the door frame was swollen. The bathroom was not clean upon arrival, giving an unkempt, unhygienic impression. In the shower, the shelf was broken, the shower head was clogged, and the shower shelf had mold and grime/lime deposits. It was also odd that the owner slept on the sofa in the lobby at night while the TV was on.
