Lovely location, excellent value, the food was delightful, and the staff were warm and friendly. Nothing negative.

The staff were very welcoming, the facilities fantastic, the room excellent, and the food very good.

The surroundings were lovely with many facilities. The staff were friendly and let us use the soft play area early before check‑out. The room was huge and comfortable. The pool could use a bit of TLC, the TV had poor reception, and the WiFi was intermittent.

We absolutely adored the Waie Inn and will definitely book another stay – the sports facilities were fantastic, especially the squash courts and the skittles game. Families looking for a fun, good‑value trip should definitely consider it. The food was superb – generous portions, tasty, and a hit with our teenage boys. The only downside was that the bedrooms got pretty hot during the UK heatwave, but the hotel supplied fans which were a welcome relief, and overall there was nothing we disliked about the Waie Inn!
