The location was perfect, close to restaurants and a shopping mall, and it was convenient for the triathlon; the staff were amazing and attentive, going above and beyond. I’d have rated it higher if the hotel weren’t a bit dated, especially around the pool area, which could use some maintenance.

The place was clean and had good facilities; breakfast and the staff were excellent. The drinks and food were pricey compared to local restaurants, so if they were more reasonable we’d have stayed longer.

The hotel’s location and beach views were great, but the dining options were limited—only one large buffet restaurant with little variety and infrequent restocking. Breakfast required long waits and queues, and the lunch and dinner hours were too tight, closing early. The staff were fantastic, but the services were sparse.
