We had a really great stay at vida pyramids inn • The staff were friendly, supportive, and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the location was perfect and safe. There are lots of shops around with easy access

The staff were very nice, 24‑hour service was helpful, and the food quality was good; I recommend booking your pyramids or other tours through the reception for affordable prices and to avoid outsider scams—thanks from Tunisia 🇹🇳🇪🇬.

The view of the pyramids from the room is spectacular. During my three-day stay, there was no water in the taps, shower, or toilet for two of those mornings. The elevator requires a key card to operate; I wasn't given one, and when I asked at reception, they didn't have any to give me. Two days before my scheduled departure, I received a message from the hotel asking for my checkout date and time—which I found confusing—and they kept insisting on an answer. I ended up checking out a day earlier than planned and had to carry my luggage down six flights of stairs. (The staff is good, but I have no idea what happened there.)
