The surroundings were pleasant and the staff greeted us warmly, and the breakfast was excellent. However, there was no functioning siphon, no fan in the bathroom, and the floor stayed wet and slippery, plus the parking fee seemed excessive.

The hotel was modern and lived up to our expectations, but the restaurant and bar closed too early, only staying open until 23:00.

The staff were fantastic, accommodating every request and securing the room I wanted; the high‑floor view was stunning, and I spent hours relaxing in the comfy armchair with tea, which I could always brew in the room. Breakfast was generous, offering vegan, no‑red‑meat, and gluten‑free choices. The location was convenient, situated in a quiet area close to great restaurants, grocery shops, and public transport stops, with a handy currency exchange near the tram stop. On the downside, soundproofing was poor and I could hear everything in the corridor, and the large bed was made of two single beds joined by a lining, so I occasionally fell in the middle.

The location was good and the breakfast was tasty. Instead of the city‑view room I had ordered, I was given a garden‑view room. The bathroom needs updating.
