My wife and I had a smooth check-in, and the staff were really helpful. The room was clean, which was a plus. However, the walls were a bit thin, and we could hear everything from the room next door. It was a bit annoying, but overall, it wasn't a huge issue.

The location was great, but unfortunately, the hotel fell short in a few areas. The breakfast was basically non-existent, with a few sad-looking options that were just sitting out. The air conditioning was blasting hot, and it didn't work properly. The room itself was tiny, with no window and a bed that looked like it belonged in a dumpster. I felt like I was going to suffocate.

The hotel staff were fantastic, and when I complained about my air conditioning not working, they sorted me out with a new room right away. They were really helpful and friendly, which made up for the initial problem.
