The layout was super beautiful and inviting with lovely colors, the room was nice with large windows letting in light, the bathroom was ultra‑modern with fragrant shampoo, shower gel, lotion, hand soap, and a hair dryer. The roof terrace with pool, restaurant, and lounge was so cool—great to sit on a sofa with a mock‑tail and look over the city. The food was delicious. The sun terrace had sun‑shades, sofas, and tables where you could work on a laptop. The vibe was easy, friendly, youthful, and humorous. The staff were always in good spirits and helpful. A couple of times I had trouble with my TV, but help arrived quickly. The training room was amazing—never seen such smart, well‑equipped space. Even though the hotel was about 4 km from the center, it was easy to get there by bus, tram, or metro; I bought a T‑usual 30‑day pass for 23 €, which paid for itself fast. Last but not least, free laundry: you can download their app to see when a machine is free so you don’t waste time, drop in your clothes, choose a program, and start—detergent is included. There was also a dryer, iron, and ironing board. Open 24 hours—great convenience. The room could use more storage and a mini‑fridge instead of a minibar; I’d need a mini‑fridge for my groceries and drinks. The large windows were nice, but they could only open a little, even though there were double‑pane windows on the outside. They said it was for safety, which I understand at the 11th floor. Other hotels have balconies at that height—sad that you couldn’t open the door/window to look out over the city and enjoy fresh air and views more freely.

The staff were kind and the hotel was very pleasant, definitely recommended. Everything was fine, but after one cleaning we had only one toilet paper roll and had to ask for a new roll every day until it was cleaned again; on the last day we finally got three rolls at once.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for four consecutive years and love it whenever I’m in Barcelona.

Great place, very friendly staff, the neighborhood is quiet, breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices, bedding is good, and the gym is well equipped. Nothing to complain about.
