The spot was super convenient, especially for a university reunion in town, with a bus stop right outside; the place was clean, well run, and packed with helpful information, plus the breakfast was very good.

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly; no negatives.

The staff were really kind, especially the girl who served us at breakfast on 25/08; the room matched expectations and was comfortable—no issues at all, a great hotel!

The location was essential for moving my son into his shared house for university; the rooms were slightly dated and could use a fresh coat of paint, but the price reflects that.
