The hotel is very charming and the location is great, close to downtown yet in a quiet spot with a small river behind the hotel; the restaurant is also very good with a great menu, and the entire staff are kind and helpful—definitely coming back.

A very unique, charming building; you can park your car, but the location is a bit awkward because all the tunnels separate the hotel from the city, which is very close, and the rooms are a bit Spartan.

Everything! It feels like paradise—romantic, tastefully decorated, and the staff are welcoming and warm—nothing to add.

Service was far too slow.
