“Great place”
The location, furniture, communication, room setup, and the coffee lab near the facility were all great. Everything was excellent.

The location is excellent, right next to the Central Station. Check‑in is online; there is no front desk at the hotel. You receive a door access code by mail. The bed is very comfortable and there is even a fridge in the room. Just keep in mind that if you have mobility issues or travel with a lot of luggage, there is no elevator.

The location near the station is nice. The floor was uneven, which made the bed uneven as well; it kept sliding toward the center.

The staff at Little Duke were exceptional. We had a mix‑up with our booking and the team was extremely responsive and helpful to resolve the issue. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable and we will stay here again in the future.

The hotel sits in a central spot, but it really doesn’t qualify as a hotel—there’s no staff on site, and the online check‑in feels annoying. Even though there’s a friendly hotline, I expected more for the price, which wasn’t a special deal. The room on Tur Straße is noisy, and you can’t drive a vehicle up to the building, so you have to carry luggage a long way to the front. There’s no elevator, only extremely steep stairs, so what I booked as a hotel stay turned into a steep descent.
