The room was new and clean, and the staff went above and beyond to help with any requests or queries. Breakfast could have been more extensive with a larger seating area, but I can’t really complain because the price was good.

Central location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. One night was fine. The room was very small, no wardrobe, and the only window couldn’t be opened because of the air conditioner. Very little storage in the bathroom.

The location is excellent, the rooms are very clean and new. The breakfast was a bit sparse for €10, there was a charge to hold luggage, and the room didn't have a tea or coffee maker.

The staff were friendly, the service was good, and the reception gave useful recommendations. I liked everything, but I think it would be nice if they didn't charge for keeping luggage a few hours after check‑out.

The hotel is quite new, within walking distance of the bustling city centre and easily reachable by metro from the airport. The location and staff are top. They use dynamic pricing, and the price we paid over the weekend was just too high for what this standard hotel chain offers.
