It was disappointing that the hot tub had no jets and the pool was very cold; trying to use the TV was impossible and the instructions were confusing. No one was available to help, except for two very busy front‑desk people. Only one person handled visitor support for the pool, hot tub, exercise area, and coffee—having coffee in the morning would have been nice. The front‑desk staff were busy with reservations, which slowed down greeting visitors, and they struggled to assist people who were already registered but still needed help.
