The neighbourhood is great with several buses running from the city centre, but for the third time I still didn't receive a towel; the staff who should have handled that is clearly incompetent.

The only comfortable thing was the bed. The kitchen had nothing to cook with, so I had to go hungry, and it was overpriced for the quality.

First of all, the property is located in a rather unpleasant area, and I would not consider it a safe or comfortable location, especially for someone travelling alone. Even for couples, the surroundings may feel uncomfortable. The property is directly opposite a park where groups of people gather to smoke, and there may also be drug-related activity. The security at the property was very concerning. When we arrived, all the doors were left open, and there was a notice on the main entrance stating that the front door could not be locked. None of the door locks worked properly; they were old and damaged, which made us feel unsafe. The room was extremely small and looked nothing like the photos advertised. There was barely any space, and the room was dirty. The bathroom had no toilet paper, there was hair everywhere, and the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. There were also people making noise throughout the night, making it difficult to rest. Customer service was equally disappointing. I had to repeatedly try to obtain the check-in instructions, but the staff seemed reluctant to provide them. When they finally responded, the message was very abrupt, and the check-in details only arrived at 3 p.m., the actual check-in time. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. The lack of security, poor cleanliness, misleading room photos, noise, cigarette smell, and terrible customer service made our stay disappointing from beginning to end. I would not recommend this property, and I would not stay here again
