They quoted me one amount, but when I asked for a receipt I realized they had overcharged me. Paper in the window was some sort of inspection, stating no mold, yet the underside of the toilet rim was covered in black mold.

There isn’t much to like or dislike; it was surface clean, the proprietor seemed okay, parking was fine, and the best part was its proximity to the train viewing platform since we were only there to watch trains. However, it wasn’t truly clean—only the surfaces were tidy, the blankets were horribly stained with what I hope was spaghetti sauce, half the hotel was burnt down, and as a single mother traveling with a small child I felt a bit scared when I reached my room because the two rooms next to mine were occupied by several men who were drinking cases of beer outside their room, which really turned me off and made me uncomfortable.

The TV was huge and the room came with a big couch to sit on. The place was generally clean. Check‑in was ready enough and easy if you need to leave early. It was quiet and the location worked well for us. There was no breakfast. The room had a few dingy fixes, like scrap wood bracing the sink and under the TV. A random hole appeared in the floor carpet. There was scum in the toilet and light scum on the tub floor, but both seemed cleaned. The sheets had some stains and the blanket was old, though they looked clean. They tried to charge an extra fee for credit‑card payment, so watch out for that (I said it wasn’t listed and she backed down, saying don’t worry I won’t charge you, as if making an exception).

The management was nasty and rude, treating you like you were at fault and yelling when their room keys didn’t work.
