“Tutto perfetto”
Room was clean and fully equipped. Breakfast was plentiful. Lady Lella was very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The location is great—close to the station and the historic center. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent. The breakfast is Italian but better than expected. Parking is tricky—only public spots or a parking garage are available. Balcony right in the middle of Bologna! The bad is that it’s not adjacent to the bedroom; you have to walk through the corridor. The toilet had a defect, water was leaking from the pipe.

The location is nice, close to the train station. The staff is not very nice. I asked via chat in Booking if I can do the check in earlier and I was told yes, but when I arrived they said that the room is not ready and they did not know about this. The electric instalation is very bad. There are multiple signs in the room to not unplug some appliances because the electrical instalation failed. And durint the night, the staff knocked really hard in our door to enter becase the electrical instalation failed
