The hotel was suggestive, the staff exceptional, and the welcome super.

The hotel was great, the room comfortable and the bathroom clean, and the front desk was accommodating and welcoming. However, we were in room 802, right in front of the elevator, when housekeeping entered without knocking, which is a serious breach of protocol; I shouted, and they left without apologizing. We must lock the door latch when in the room.
