“Perfect stay in Mývatn!”
This hotel is amazing. The location is great, the restaurant is very good, and the hot tubs provide a nice place to unwind after an adventure. Nothing was wrong – everything was perfect.

Super good aurora call

The hotel by the lake offers a side view of the water. The room is clean, spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good. The price‑performance ratio is off; it’s overpriced.

The hotel is excellently located on the shore of Lake Myvatn. We booked a room with a lake view, spacious and comfortable, ideal for a romantic stay. The hotel restaurant serves a great breakfast and has good dinner options, drinks, and a wine list. The surrounding area offers many attractions such as geothermal zones, volcanoes, caves, and waterfalls to explore. We were also lucky to witness a beautiful northern lights display. There is on‑site parking.

A perfect hotel for a layover. It has plenty of parking in front of the entrance, a great hotel restaurant, and hot tubs for evening relaxation. I was especially delighted by the option to be woken up by a nighttime northern lights sighting, which allowed us to experience the aurora for the first time – thanks a lot.
