The location on the Bodden is nice, the on‑site staff are friendly and try to solve problems, but the place is dirty, Novasol is hard to reach for booking questions, payment is complicated, the trip was cancelled because of a sanitary issue on site, there’s no cooking facility, and the extra costs total 110 € (linen, final cleaning).

Sagenhafte Lage, sehr freundliches Personal (Hafenmeister Hr. Krause), unkomplizierter Umgang, gute Vorbereitung und Organisation, hervorragende Matratze, Gäste-Frühstücksraum mit umwerfendem Panoramablick, Parkplatz in Bootsnähe, atemberaubender Sonnenuntergang. Das Tiny Houseboat bietet keine Herdplatte/Kochfeld, was angesichts des Austattungsmerkmals "Küche" zu erwarten wäre. Für wenige Tage Aufenthalt kann man sich behelfen - bei längeren Zeiträumen könnte eine Kochgelegenheit vermisst werden. (Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden) Zwar nicht diese, aber alle anderen Erwartungen hat die Unterkunft spielend übertroffen!
Because of a double booking we got an upgrade to the Relax Houseboat, so this review applies to that and not the Tiny Houseboat. As a family of four it was spacious, the sofa and bed were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Relax Houseboat looked great at first glance but had drawbacks: the fridge didn’t cool, the shower door jammed, there was only enough dishware for two people (though we were four), and no way to wash dishes except in the sink (no soap or towel). The glass bathroom was also hard to get used to, and privacy was basically non‑existent.
