I ended up in a cramped bunk room with a TV that was impossible to watch, and nobody moved me even after I asked. Only Alex at the front desk was kind; the rest seemed disinterested and disrespectful. I didn't get any value for the price I paid.

The bed was comfy, but there were no power outlets in the room, so I couldn't plug anything in. Still, the bed was comfortable, so it wasn't all bad.

The location is great—just a 4‑minute walk to the beach and close to a main avenue—and the staff are polite. But we were tricked into a tiny bunk room with no wardrobe, a weak fan that left us sweating, and a TV that wouldn't connect to Wi‑Fi. Breakfast was weak, the pool was crowded and the showers didn't work, and the whole place feels like a union colony; definitely not coming back.

The bed, pillow, and shower were fine, but the room looked ancient with stained mirrors and old furniture. Breakfast was a mess—no sweetener, shared spoon, a plate with ants, low‑quality cold cuts, and watery juice. The staff area behind my room made noise from 6:30 am, which was annoying.
