I gave it 8/10; the place is clean, located well, with a large room and balcony, and the Ha Giang loop is nice. However, we arrived after a 4‑hour bike ride, and at 12 h there was no hot water until the evening.

We had a spacious room with two double beds, and the place was just a 5‑minute walk from the main square. The only downside was the many mosquitoes in the room, but luckily a fly‑swatter was provided.
