The facility is stunning and the staff are truly exceptional—one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. When we mentioned celebrating an anniversary, they arranged the most beautiful setup in our room. Everything was exceptional; we enjoyed everything.

The room and bathroom were clean. Tea and supper were available, and laundry service came at no extra cost.

There was complimentary tea and supper, plus free laundry which was very handy, and breakfast was free with a wide selection of food. The room, however, had no refrigerator.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcomed us, even letting us check in at 10 AM—a first for me. The hotel is exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully laid out, with a stylish yet functional space that feels both comfortable and ergonomic. Even the small details were perfect, like the Le Labo shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. I loved the breakfast variety and the complimentary evening snacks. The room was well equipped, offering complimentary drinks such as Pepsi and coconut water, plus plenty of bottled water. Free ironing was another nice touch. The staff helped with restaurant reservations and even checked museum ticket availability for us, always responsive, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I absolutely loved this place! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. It’s truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I’d love to return. The only downside is the limited room types and lack of views; I would love to bring my parents here, but I wish there were larger, more luxurious rooms better suited for a family stay.
