This is a simple, old motel that is clean and has friendly, helpful staff. It sits right in front of a Sonda supermarket and is close to the Tucuruvi metro station. The rooms could use an upgrade to modernize them, and the check‑in time is terrible, only starting at 20:00.

The bread wasn’t fresh and there was only a little sachet of sugar. The place needs better pest control; a bedbug was found on site.

The website says checkout is at 1 pm, but the manager told me it was only 12 pm. I booked a full day, not hourly, and the staff seemed totally unprepared—night‑shift receptionist didn’t even know how to do a check‑in. On top of that, the bathroom sink was leaking, the sheets were stained and smelled off, so I had to remove them before lying down. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The shower was fine, but the mattress was a nightmare.

It was okay, but everything else was a mess.
