“There are more cheaper than 100 euro per night and additional 20 euro, so I can't recommend this hotel”

Close to beach 🏖️. Bad staff I wrote that asked check in in 23-23.30, so long trip from Ukraine and staff wrote that I must pay additional fees 20 Euro!😮 it the first time I must pay , in the 23.10 I arrived, the person was quite Bur next morning Staff said that only for Booking Im Genius traveller! But for this hotel Terramare I'm nobody and I must go to the another hotel in Jesolo;( I paid 20 Euro after received pass to the beach, so at Bookig the information about additional fees for late check is absent:(( only information about workinghours to 10pm, but my asking was ignored and must pay

“Bocciato”

The location and cleanliness were fine. The rooms were newly furnished but spartan with a very small TV. The air conditioner couldn’t be used because there was no remote in the room. The bathroom radiator couldn’t be plugged in because the plug was tied to it with a zip tie, so it couldn’t be connected. The bathroom was tiny and had no bidet or shower. We arrived at the hotel Saturday evening, so we didn’t use the beach service. We asked if we could use the umbrella on Sunday at checkout, but the owner said it was only possible for a fee of 20 € (note that it was 26 September); it wasn’t owed, but given the end of the season a little flexibility would have been appreciated. The breakfast was of poor quality (bread from the day before without a way to toast it), coffee only from the machines, and the cold cuts were already gone by 9:15 am. Overall, for the cost it was a complete disappointment!

The people were friendly, the room was right by the beach, and our beach chair was already reserved – all really top.
