The building is well maintained and sits on a Marche hill. The food and breakfast are excellent, and the staff are friendly. The pool area and outdoor spaces are also well kept and enjoyable, though the room sizes could use a review.

Luana and Domenico are exceptional hosts who have created a fantastic place where peace reigns supreme. They are genuine, heartfelt, special, highly skilled, and competent. The property is stunning, detailed, and features a beautiful pool. The apartment was simple yet well cared for, perfect for our two‑night stay. We dined at their place both evenings and were blown away by their amazing cooking! Breakfast was outstanding, with brioche and cakes they made themselves. We will definitely return!

The staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast offered savory and sweet items, including homemade cakes, preserves, and fresh seasonal fruit, which I appreciated. I also stopped by for dinner and tried their specialties, including a fantastic homemade ravioli first course. Next to the outdoor restaurant is a large pool that refreshed my evenings during this hot summer. Highly recommended for those who love nature, relaxation, excellent service, and a few steps from the sea with a charming view of the Marche hills. No issues arose during my stay.
