I spotted a gorgeous spot for a few nights of glamping, fully stocked with everything we’d need. The host was warm and went out of his way to help us recover a forgotten item after we left. There are plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby, and the rustic roads make a crossover more convenient than a sedan, though a sedan still works. The area is quiet and the camping vibe is lovely, but the bed was rock‑hard, which isn’t my style, and there was no coffee on site, so I had to get it elsewhere.
