The spot couldn't be better – right in the centre and the room had everything we needed, spotless and stocked with towels and fresh linens. Staff at the front desk were friendly and the free parking was a nice bonus. The only thing missing was a microwave; it would have made the stay perfect.

Location was fine, but the sofa bed was grimy and the hair‑dryer socket wouldn't stay on. The bathroom tiles were also pretty dirty, which was disappointing.

We liked the central location and the free parking, but the place was far from clean – hair in the bathroom and a filthy sofa bed. The booking said four guests, yet there were only linens for two, and the front desk couldn't sort it out because the property mixes hotel rooms with private flats, a detail that wasn't mentioned. They only got back to me the next day.

Even though it was a flat, they provided a fully stocked fridge and a Nespresso machine with capsules, which was handy.
