It wasn’t safe at all; the place looked filthy, like a brothel.

The fridge and microwave worked perfectly, but I was kept at reception for almost an hour while they tried to confirm my online booking with their boss; in the room there was one plate, one glass, no cutlery, no bowl, a dirty, smelly blanket that hadn’t been washed, and I stayed more than 5 days with no room service, so I had to clean myself—the tablecloth was very dirty and the TV had very few channels. I think that’s why they say there’s no refund, because they clearly know the place is a piece of a dirty dustbin.

The place was just bad; the environment was dirty, security was poor, and there was basically nothing else.
