The staff, pool, atmosphere, morning coffee, cleanliness, architecture, and vibe were all excellent, but the restaurant, while nice, could raise its food quality to match the rest of the hotel.

The hotel itself is beautiful and in a charming spot, and the staff are kind and polite, yet we were shocked by the ATV company the hotel partners with; the experience was poor because the company is external and greedy, ripping off your deposit, and the staff’s reaction afterward was unacceptable—do not book an ATV through the hotel when there are plenty of other options nearby.
