The Deluxe Queen Room offers one large double bed for two guests and a crib upon request. It includes a flat‑screen TV, a tumble dryer and a bathrobe for guest use. Guests receive a 10 % discount on spa services at Surrender Spa, free entry to Epic Boracay and a 10 % discount on food and beverage.
I loved the location. I didn't like the shower – the water drained too slowly and the tub started filling up after a few seconds.

The top‑floor pool had live music and a massage salon. The beds were bad, not as expected when we booked, far below the level of the pictures we saw. It took a long time and little food was served at the restaurant. The staff were perfect, but the standard was poor. It wasn't what was promised; we sent clothes for laundry, but they didn't come back right. The size was smaller when we got them back.

The staff were so helpful and kind. The swimming pool at the roof top! The hallway was narrow and the hotel has no lift.
