die Lage war perfekt und das Frühstück war gut,, es hat sich aber kein Mitarbeiter des Hauses "sehen lassen" nach 10 x klingeln kam eine Küchenservicekraft, die uns aber nicht verstanden hat. die Betten waren furchtbar, das Kopfkissen steinhart und die Decke so schwer, dass man darunter nicht schlafen konnte ,das Duschwasser wurde zwischendurch immer wieder kalt obwohl im Prospekt stand, dass das Restaurant bis 20 Uhr geöffnet hat, war , als wir kamen das per Anschlag draußen auf 19.30 geändert und 19.20 haben wir nicht mal etwas zu trinken bekommen, -sehr unhöflich hat der Kellner uns abserviert. Wenigstens durften wir die Rechnung bezahlen, Gott sei dank auch, denn am nächsten Morgen war nicht mal die Servicekraft der Küche zu sehen. Es brannten auf den Tischen Kerzen, was sehr schön aussah aber leider waren die auch weiterhin brennend, obwohl alle Gäste gegangen waren. Wir haben dann alle ausgepustet

The breakfast and the quiet were the only positives; the rolls were tasty and fresh, the sausage and cheese platter was okay, and the cereal, fruit and vegetables were decent but could improve. Check‑in was a complete disaster: the confirmed window was 14:00‑15:00, yet we waited 50 minutes outside a locked door and called the provided mobile number. Five minutes later a staff member was supposed to arrive, but at 15:17 after another call he appeared from a side building with an empty beer mug over the courtyard, utterly unfriendly. No information or apology for the delay. Another couple who waited as long as we did cancelled and left annoyed; fortunately only one night was affected, next time I’ll try a different place.
