Penthouse with Suites Shared Terrace & Kitchen – Views

The house number on the address doesn’t exist. I couldn’t get the phone to work and called 5 times over 2 hours at arrival time. No one answered my 3 emails about arrival, and no one told me where to park. Nobody could tell me where to go. The hotel next door said the address didn’t exist. It’s hard to imagine that the route guide led to the pictures showing a sea view.

I never received the unit, even though I contacted the host at the location, and they never replied. I haven't been refunded, and there's no solution. If they don't refund me, I'll have to take the matter to higher authorities.

The owner never answered the phone. We waited outside for two hours, stressed about what to do until we called customer service, who finally reached the owner. The reason for our cancellation was unclear. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

“Scam.”

I booked and paid a year ahead, yet the hotel never told me they couldn't accommodate me until I arrived in Marbella and tried to check in, only to have my reservation cancelled while I was still waiting there.

Nothing. The furnishings were very outdated, not what was described. The kitchen was in poor condition, lacking a coffee machine, dishes, etc. There was no whirlpool as advertised. Instead of a private apartment, I was given a tiny room and had to share everything with other roommates, which was unacceptable. I cancelled the apartment on site and moved into a hotel the same day.
