Friendly staff, a spacious apartment, quick and sweet breakfast, and air conditioning were great, but the breakfast lacked fruits and vegetables and the sweetness became overwhelming after a while; the room leaked and outside noise was noticeable, and the view from the windows was messy.

The place was modern, clean, and the staff lovely, with a convenient location and a very nice breakfast, and I loved everything.

The staff were really nice and welcoming, the location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring Palermo on foot, everything with the hotel was great, and we had a very pleasant stay.
